All three creams contain similar ingredients, however, represent 3 different strengths:

Perrin’s Blend is a powerhouse strong ointment. It is harder to spread (but can be mixed with Creme Complete), Creme Complete is easily spreadable and strong, Nutra Cream is a mild cream and can be used on inflamed and sensitive tissue.

If your skin is inflamed start with the Nutra Cream and slowly introduce the others. Many people find the protocol of using the Creme Complete in the morning and Perrin's Blend in the evenings to be effective. If too strong or hard to spread mix Perrin's Blend with Creme Complete or Nutra Cream.

**Crème Complete**

Creme Complete supports your skin with antioxidants and nutrients. So pure you could eat it - but don't try flavour is terrible lol!

Creme Complete's vitamin and antioxidant ingredients work to support your skin and may reduce inflammation, irritation, hardening, erosion and tenderness. Our skin requires nutrients for normal function and when skin is under stress it needs more antioxidants and vitamins to prevent inflammation and irritation.

**Perrin’s Blend**

Perrin’s Blend is the strongest of the Perrin Naturals products and is 100% Natural.

It has a base of activated honey - a thick, sticky, burgundy coloured ointment rather than a cream. It doesn’t spread over large areas, but will become more malleable once warmed by your skin.

Perrin’s Blend can be used at night and it has a heavy concentration of active ingredients.

You can also mix Creme Complete or Nutra Cream into the Perrin’s Blend to make it more spreadable – we often suggest this and have had good reports about its effectiveness – simply find a good ratio that works for your skin and over time you can make it stronger.

**Nutra Cream**

Nutra Cream is the mildest of the three products.

It contains the same vitamins and antioxidants but at lower concentrations – making it a mild and soothing cream.

Ideal for those who suffer from red, sensitive, swollen tissues and Lichen sclerosus (often searched as Lichen sclerosis).

Remember - use Nutra Cream initially until your skin is less reactive before slowly introducing Creme Complete, and finally after some time the Perrin’s Blend (which you might need to mix with the other creams to make it spreadable and the right strength for your skin).

PERRINS BLEND:
Made with Raw Honey purchased directly from a honey farm, Grape Seed Extract, Ascorbic Acid (Vitamin C), Natural Vitamin E, Grape Seed Oil, Alpha Lipoic Acid, NAC (N-AcetylCysteine), small amounts of Magnesium Stearate (non-caking agent from vitamin E) and rice flower.

CREME COMPLETE REFINEMENT:
Organic cold pressed aloe vera, grape seed oil, organic beeswax, organic vegetable glycerin, organic cocoa butter, natural vitamin E (d-alpha tocopherol) in soy oil, vegetable derived emulsifying wax, organic jojoba oil, safflower oil, organic castor oil, organic honey, organic lecithin, NipaGuard®SCA (natural preserative), vitamin C (Ethyl L Ascorbic Acid), n-acetyl cysteine, resveratrol, alpha lipoic acid, sodium bicarbonate, ylang ylang oil, lavender oil, CoQ10, cream of tartar, grape seed extract, xanthan gum, rose absolute, clary sage oil, geranium oil, biotin, vitamin D3, chamomile oil. Aloe Vera is 99.8% pure, containing less than 0.2% of potassium sorbate (a natural preserative,) ascorbic acid, and citric acid (for PH)

> Can I use the cream every day?

You can use these creams every day. Please start with the Nutra Cream as it is the most gentle.

> Can I use this alongside my prescribed treatment?

Our products are designed to support alone or alongside your medicated products. Continue to follow the advice of your doctor or specialist.

> Is this suitable for sensitive skin?

Our products are handcrafted using carefully selected natural ingredients and are formulated for delicate skin. Start with the nutra cream and then if it is well tolerated move to Creme Complete.

> How often do I apply the creams?

You can apply Nutra Cream as often as needed and Creme Complete regularly during the day. We recommend you start using them 2x per day. Once you get to using Perrins Blend, use this ointment only at night and remember you may need to blend it with Creme Complete for easy application.

> The Perrins Blend ointment is hard and difficult to spread - what do I do?

You can warm up this ointment by placing the closed tub into a bowl of hot water. It can also be made spreadable by mixing a small amount with equal part of Creme Complete or Nutra Cream. Use a clean spatula and small bowl.
