Key Features
We recommend using the Perrin's Blend at night the Creme Complete during the day.
Creme Complete is easily absorbed into the skin and with prolonged use may help to resolve abnormal skin tissue or sun-damaged skin. The minerals and vitamins in this cream support the growth of new skin tissue deep in the dermis.
We have received reports that creme complete has assisted our customers manage the symptoms of Lichen Sclerosis
Perrins Blend is a thick sticky ointment which is visible on the skin. Because of this we recommend using Perrins Blend at night and the Creme complete during the day or when out in public.
Exposure to UV rays (sunlight) can slow down the healing progress in some conditions. Because of this keeping the affected area covered is important.
Sometimes there can be a reoccurrence of issues if usage is stopped too early. We recommend continuing treatment at least a few weeks after the condition is resolved (Perrins Blend) or for a period of months (Creme Complete)

I find the Perrin Blend impossible to use. It is extremely difficult to get out of the pot - like a very tough toffee. When I can get a bit out it will not soften no matter how I try.
Rubbing between my fingers does not change it, it just sticks to my fingers as lumps. Tried heating in water, as suggested on the label, to no avail Have heated spoon, small bowl in oven then added a bit of the blend to soften. It did soften a bit, but as soon as I touched it it hardened on my fingers. I rang you and was told to try all the above, but nothing worked. As a consequence it just sticks to everything as a lump, and makes a mess. You suggested I use a sanitary towel, which does help with the mess, if I can get enough on my skin, which is proving impossible.
I am very disappointed. I am hoping you have a solution for me
Thanks
Jen
Hello Jen,
Thank you for taking the time to share this, and I’m really sorry to hear about your experience. That sounds incredibly frustrating, especially after already trying a number of different approaches.
The Perrin Blend can behave quite differently depending on temperature. In cooler environments, it can become much firmer and more difficult to work with directly from the jar.
A method that usually helps in these conditions is to warm a butter knife (placing it in boiling water is best, so it becomes hot enough to slice through the ointment). You can then scoop out a small amount and place it into a warmed bowl, then mix it with an equal amount of Cream Complete. Blending them together with a warm spatula helps create a softer, more workable consistency that is easier to apply evenly.
The blend can feel quite sticky when used on its own, which is why mixing is often necessary in colder climates or for more delicate skin. This isn’t something you’re doing wrong, but rather a normal response of the formulation to temperature.
Using sanitary pads or dark underwear may also help with practicality while you’re getting used to application.
I’m sorry again that you’ve had such a difficult experience. If this still isn’t working for you, please don’t hesitate to reach out directly - we’d be very happy to troubleshoot it further with you. We have over 20 years of experience and a range of solutions we can explore with you.
Kind regards,
The Perrin Naturals Team

Perrins creme complete was a bit harsh on my skin. I spoke to a someone from your company and she advised me to mix it with a little vitamin e creme and that worked well for me. Thanks for the advice.
Hello :)
We’re always happy to assist.
Creme Complete contains a higher level of active ingredients, and for some skin types, less is more. If you are ordering again, you may find Nutra Cream is the better fit initially, as it contains the same ingredients as Creme Complete but in a gentler concentration, which often works well for sensitive skin.
That said, skin can often adjust to stronger formulations over time, so you may also find that you’re now able to use Creme Complete without diluting it.
Either way, we would love to hear how you are going.
Kind regards,
The Perrin Naturals Team
Feels lovely on my skin. Very moisturising. Love the rose scent too.
Hi Alison,
We love the Rose scent option of Creme Complete too - it’s divine.
We’re so pleased to hear you’re finding it deeply moisturising. The ingredients are designed to act like a topical multivitamin and antioxidant blend, delivering nourishment directly to the skin, where it’s often needed most, especially in the harsh Australian sun.
Thank you for sharing your experience.
Kind regards,
The Perrin Naturals Team
